Board of Directors
President | Founder
Sullivan Phillips, as President and Founder, has applied his leadership skills developed in sports to this program. Mr. Sulli, as the youngsters lovingly refer to him, founded B.F.F.F. to connect with them. He's a former professional athlete who's now a fantastic leader and author. Rosalynn, his wife; Ja'hnniah (20) and Mei-Lin (18), his daughters; and Jacobi (10), his son, are the center of his existence. His strong bonds with his students derive from his relationships with his family. He likes to play basketball and soccer, as well as to read and write. He wishes to put his newfound knowledge to good use by assisting these young learners. Under his leadership, BFFF is on track to change our communities.
Jessica D’ Aintuolo
Jessica D’ Aintuolo is an amazing administrative Secretary at Poolesville Elementary school. She has been in Montgomery county for quite a while, and brings her expertise in organization to BFFF to ensure growth. Jessica is a mother of two, Jaida (20) and Jayson (13), allowing her to help us grow the organization and also helping with timely motherly insight when dealing with our youth. We are excited to have Jessica as a part of our leadership moving forward.

Women's Group Director
Ms. Shiva has served as the PTSA Vice President at Little Bennett Elementary, Parkland Magnet Middle School and Rocky Hill Middle School, and the PTSA President at Clarksburg High School. She has demonstrated her leadership abilities and her passion for being involved in the community after leaving the corporate world as a computer programmer to care for her family. She has assumed command of our women's group thanks to her leadership abilities. Shiva is a mother of two boys, Aryon (20) and Shayan (19), and truly has the gift of tapping into our kids. We are truly fortunate to have her on board as our fearless women's leader. With Shiva at the helm, the future looks bright for our young women as they strive to be the best they can be.
